Return and Exchange Policy

At Peanut Pawfect, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy provides the following terms:

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that show signs of use or evidence of being dirty (e.g., pet hair, stains, or odors) are not eligible for return.
  • Please note that handling or inspecting the product in a reasonable way does not count as "use" and will not disqualify the item for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@peanutpawfect.co.uk. Returns must be sent to the following address after receiving confirmation from us:

Upon accepting your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions for returning your package.

  • We will cover the cost of return postage for items that are faulty or incorrect.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly address the issue and provide a suitable remedy, such as a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials or flammable substances.

We cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have any questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before making a purchase.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to an EU address, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Returned items must meet the following conditions: unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds for items returned under the 14-day cooling-off period will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund. If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days of approval, contact us at sales@peanutpawfect.co.uk.
